Who is responsible
Limiqo is an Android app published by SELENA Digital. This policy covers package uz.selena.limiqo, its app functions and this support website. Contact: digitalproducts.uz@gmail.com.
Data used on your phone
Rules, selected app identifiers, settings, language, pause deadlines and a protected PIN verifier are kept in private Android app storage. The PIN is not saved as readable text. Limiqo has no registration, advertising, analytics or developer-hosted app backend. The Android app does not request Internet permission.
Accessibility access
With your separate consent, Limiqo uses the Android Accessibility service to identify visible apps and window metadata, such as position, size, focus and picture-in-picture state. Android requires the window-content capability for this access. Limiqo uses only the app identifier from a window's root, window metadata and the standard action to close that specific picture-in-picture window where available. It does not inspect screen text, typed text, messages, passwords or child elements, and does not take screenshots. It applies your explicit rules by returning to Home, covering only a blocked window or asking Android to close its picture-in-picture window. Volume rules also use volume-button events and adjust the shared media stream. Window metadata is processed locally in memory, is not sent to SELENA Digital and does not create an app-usage history. You may decline the disclosure or revoke the service in Android settings; protection then stays off. Version 1.0.1 requires new consent if you previously allowed the more limited access in 1.0.0. Limiqo is not a disability accessibility tool.
Optional background location
If you enable a location rule, Limiqo uses precise location, including when the app is closed or not in use, to detect entry into or exit from the selected area and apply app-opening restrictions. Area coordinates, a registration status and the latest inside/outside result are stored on your phone, not sent to SELENA Digital. Limiqo does not keep a travel history or provide remote location tracking. Denying location does not prevent battery, network, charging or volume rules from working.
Android and Google Play services
Android and Google Play services provide location and geofencing under their own settings and privacy policies. Google Play also manages app delivery and protection. These system services may independently process information; this policy does not replace their policies. Limiqo does not sell data or transmit your rules or location history to us.
Retention and deletion
Local rules remain until you edit or delete them or remove the app's data. Android removes app-local data when the app is uninstalled. Backup of Limiqo's private data is disabled. There is no cloud account to delete and no email PIN recovery. We cannot read or restore your PIN or rules. You can revoke optional location access in Android settings.
Support and this website
If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use them to answer and resolve the request and retain them only as needed for support and applicable obligations. Do not send your PIN, passwords or exact home coordinates. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us. This static website uses no advertising, analytics scripts or optional cookies. Cloudflare hosts it and processes standard request information, such as IP address, for delivery and security under its privacy policy.
Adults and parents
Limiqo is intended for adults configuring limits on a phone they own or are authorized to manage, including when lending their phone to children. It is not a child-facing account service or covert monitoring product. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the app.
Security and changes
We use Android private storage, Keystore-backed PIN verification, attempt throttling and release-code optimization. No app can be guaranteed unbreakable, particularly on modified or compromised devices. We update this policy when app data practices change; the date above identifies the current version.
